What is Pentimenti?
Pentimenti is an agentic AI platform for bid and proposal management. It reads tender documents, supports the bid/no-bid decision, builds the compliance matrix and drafts the proposal in your own voice. Atlas, the orchestration agent, does the legwork; a named person on your team makes every call.
Who is Pentimenti for?
Bid and proposal teams that answer public tenders and private RFPs: bid managers, sales, subject-matter experts, legal and leadership in IT services, construction, professional services, staffing and facility management. Customers include KMD, NCC, GlobalConnect, Darize (formerly 7N) and Kemp & Lauritzen, mainly in Denmark, Norway and the rest of the EU.
Where is our data stored, and is it secure?
You choose the tier. Standard runs on an enterprise cloud with EU and US regions; EU Sovereign keeps data in the EU only, on European models; Private is a single-tenant dedicated EU instance. Pentimenti is GDPR compliant, your data is never used to train models, ISO 27001 certification is in progress with DNV (expected end of 2026) and SOC 2 is under consideration.
How is Pentimenti different from ChatGPT or Copilot?
A generic assistant only knows what you paste in, starts blank every time and offers no requirement tracking or source attribution, and pasting tender material into a consumer tool puts confidential content outside your control. Pentimenti ingests the full tender, drafts from your approved content, builds the compliance matrix automatically and traces every answer to its source.
How is it different from Loopio, Responsive and other RFP tools?
Those tools are built around a content library your team maintains by hand. Pentimenti is an agentic service: it learns from your documents and past winning bids, so there is no library to keep current, and it publishes an EU-only hosting option for teams that need data residency in the EU.
Which tender sources does it cover?
TenderScout, Pentimenti's free tender discovery product, monitors TED (EU), Udbud.dk and Doffin overnight and matches notices to your company's capabilities semantically, not by keyword, so the right tenders find you.
Does a person still approve what goes out?
Always. Atlas prepares drafts, checks and summaries; a named person on your team reviews and approves before anything is submitted.
