Initial Engagement

Express interest. Pentimenti team responds within 2 business days for a discovery call to assess fit and discuss partner path options.

Week 2

Application & Approval

Submit formal application via Partner Portal. Reviewed against partner selection criteria: BD expertise, customer relationships, support capability.

Week 3

Contracting

Review and execute the Partner Agreement. GDPR-compliant, non-exclusive, governed by Danish law. Initial term: 1 year with automatic renewal.

Weeks 4–8

Onboarding & Training

Platform access provisioned. Complete required certification tracks. Partner Success Manager assigned. Sales and technical enablement delivered.

Weeks 9–12

First Engagement

Register your first deal in the Partner Portal. Pentimenti provides joint sales support (VAR) or delivery guidance (Knowledge).

Relationship Management

Quarterly business reviews, product webinars, MDF access, and annual tier reassessment. Your Partner Success Manager is your primary contact.

Proposal / BD expertise

Deep understanding of bid and tender processes, public procurement, or commercial proposal development.

Strong client relationships

Established relationships in target verticals, especially firms active in public procurement or large-scale private tenders.

Certification commitment

Willingness to invest in platform knowledge and quality standards. Specific requirements per partner track.
